(Head Engineer)

Tom has gained experience from working at a number of studios, including The Town House, Olympic, State of the Ark, Metropolis and Sphere. He is used to sessions of all different shapes and sizes, having worked with artists such as Keane, ASAP Rocky, McFly, Paloma Faith, Azealia Banks, Angel Haze, The Stereophonics and U2.

Ganesh Singaram
(Engineer)

Ganesh has been engineering for the past 10 years and has recently moved to London from Sydney. He has been working as an in-house, freelance engineer, tutor and studio owner. Currently Ganesh is working with various UK artists doing what he loves, making records. During his career so far, he has recorded and worked with Pharrell Williams and N.E.R.D, Kanye West, INXS, Lee Groves (Gwen Stefani, Janet Jackson, Black Eyed Peas and more), Brandon Flowers (The Killers), Rob Thomas (Matchbox 20), Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso (Swedish House Mafia), Neon Jungle and many more... Ganesh's experiences ranges from full band to solo artist recordings, production and mixing.

Dave Pemberton
(Engineer)

Dave was the house engineer at The Strongroom for 18 years and has lots of experience working freelance in studios around the world. He’s worked with artists such as The Prodigy, Groove Armada (Grammy nomination for ‘Superstylin'), Beverly Knight, Jamelia and Roachford. More recently producing the band Trampolene, mixing for Maxim and Cianna Blaze, and writing for Notting Hill publishing. Dave has experience in all kinds of music, and the knowledge and technical expertise to ensure your session runs smoothly.

Neil Tucker
(Engineer)

Neil has gained a vast amount of experience from the 13 years he spent working at Metropolis Studios. In that time he was able to, and still does, work with some of the best songwriters and producers in the music industry today. From assisting on Michael Jackson, Pharrell Williams and Lauryn Hill sessions, to engineering for Stargate for 6 years, and Will.i.am for 9 years, no session has ever been too big.

Graeme Baldwin
(Engineer)

Graeme's love for music began as a guitarist in bands for many years and this led to studio work where the desire to tweak and enhance things became an obsession. Starting out as an intern at 'Hookend Manor Studios' in Reading, Graeme quickly made his way up to become the in house engineer and worked in that role for 3 years. During those years and since Graeme has been freelancing for various studios around London including 'Dean Street Studios', 'Sensible Music Group' & 'London Lane Studios', previously known as 'The Way'. Through this work Graeme has been afforded the opportunity to work with some amazing artists and bands including Morrissey, Kasabian, Nigel Kennedy, Editors, Maxi Jazz, Tourist, Charlotte Hatherley, Una from the Saturdays, members of Jamiroquai and learn from such producers as Flood, Danton Supple, Rupert Christie, Rob Kirwan, Charlie Russell & Bradley Spence and many others.

Edd Hartwell
(Engineer)

An experienced engineer, Edd started his musical career playing guitar and saxophone in bands, until a love of studios and sound engineering was discovered. Since becoming an engineer, Edd has worked with the likes of Tony Visconti, Guy Massey, Stephen Lipson, Jim Abbiss and Trevor Horn on a regular basis, racking up UK number 1 albums and a Grammy nomination for best engineered album.

Sam Farr
(Engineer)

Originally from Melbourne and with a background covering music production, live sound & audio post production, Sam has a gained a reputation for delivering audio of the highest quality. After moving to London in 2007 to further his career he quickly racked up credits with artists as diverse as Robbie Williams, John Legend, Shakira, JLS, Jeff Beck, and Nigel Kennedy. Sam has also worked as a sound designer and mixer on award winning tv ads for clients including Nike, Cadbury, Toyota and Nintendo.

Hannes Plattmeier
(Engineer)

Hannes Plattmeier is an engineer and mixer mainly living and working in London. He grew up in an in all respects musical social environment, classically trained on both the guitar and the piano, and studied in the Tonmeister course at music university, Vienna. He received his finishing touch working as the personal engineer of London-based record producer Danton Supple from 2010 to 2012. In those two years he had the chance to work in such infamous studios like Flood's and Alan Moulder's Assault & Battery, Dean Street Studios or State of the Ark. Subsequently he has worked for two years as an engineer for Echo award winning jazz recordist and mixer Christian Heck, collaborating with the best of Germany's experimental and avantgarde scene. In October 2014 Hannes moved back to London to continue to develop his own thriving career as an engineer and mixer.
